Logan Moss

GM & Hitting Instructor

Extensive experience and passion for baseball. A former standout at Olentangy Orange High School, Logan played in the State Final Four in 2017. He continued his career at Ashland University, participating in three regional tournaments, one super regional, and the College World Series in 2019. Logan is dedicated to developing young athletes, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Dillon Masters

Pitching Instructor

Dillon Masters is a dedicated and accomplished baseball player with a strong track record of success on the field. A two-year varsity letter winner at New Albany High School, Dillon made a significant impact as the career hold leader, showcasing his exceptional skills and leadership. Dillon began his collegiate baseball journey at Murray State before transferring to Ohio University. As a sophomore at Ohio U, he posted an impressive 4.19 ERA and earned the coveted role of Friday night starter for the last four series of the season. Continuing to excel, Dillon's junior year saw him start 11 games, pitching a total of 67 innings with 57 strikeouts. Despite a challenging season with a 6.31 ERA, he earned recognition for his academic excellence, being named to the All-Academic MAC team.

Addison Kittel

Softball Instructor

Addison Kittel brings exceptional experience and achievements to her training role. At Gahanna Lincoln High School, Addison was named 1st Team All-State in 2018 and 1st Team All-OCC in 2017, while setting school records for single-season home runs (22) and career home runs (35). Continuing her baseball journey at Lehigh University, she earned 1st Team All-Patriot League and 1st Team All-Tournament Team honors in 2022. Addison also made the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for three years and contributed to her team's Patriot League championship and appearance in the DI Seattle Regional in 2022. Her dedication to the sport and academic excellence makes her a valuable instructor, focused on developing young athletes and fostering a passion for baseball.

Josh Stover

Pitching Instructor

Josh has a distinguished background in baseball. At Westerville North, he earned 2x All-OCC and All-District honors in 2017. Josh continued his success at Ashland University as a five-year starting pitcher, earning Freshman GLIAC Conference Pitcher of the Year. He played in three regional tournaments, one super regional, and pitched in the D2 College World Series. Josh is dedicated to developing pitchers, focusing on technique, strategy, and fostering a passion for the game.

Brandon Hire

Hitting Instructor

Brandon is a dedicated coach and has a strong baseball background. At Olentangy High School, he was a three-year varsity player and served as Varsity Captain in his senior year. He earned 2nd Team All-District honors as a junior and All-District Honorable Mention as a senior. Brandon is currently continuing his baseball journey at Walsh University, where he is going into his junior year. His commitment to the sport and leadership skills makes him a valuable coach, focused on developing young athletes and instilling a love for the game.

Matt Magno

Hitting Instructor

Matt Magno brings an impressive track record to his coaching role. At Dublin Scioto High School, he was a three-time Offensive Player of the Year, three-time All-OCC/District honoree, and 1st Team All-Ohio in 2018. He holds the school record for career doubles and served as team captain for two years. Continuing his success at Northwood University, Matt earned four All-Conference honors, three All-Region selections, and was named a 3rd Team All-American in 2024. He is the career hits and RBI leader at Northwood and served as team captain for two years, participating in four NCAA regional tournaments. Matt is dedicated to mentoring young athletes, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and a passion for baseball.

Mike Plaugher

Pitching Instructor

Mike brings an extensive background in baseball across multiple areas. After attending Gahanna/Reynoldsburg High School he was awarded a scholarship to attend Salem University, where he received conference and freshman pitcher of the year honors. Mike's talent was recognized when he was picked in the amateur draft by the River City Rascals in St. Louis. After his playing career, Mike dedicated the last 18 years to teaching and coaching baseball at various levels, from youth to college. He has worked at the Big League Baseball School and TNT Baseball Academy, as well as coached with multiple travel programs in the Columbus area. Mike is deeply committed to helping kids grow both on and off the field, emphasizing strategy, mechanics, and a comprehensive knowledge of the game.

Adam Sadler

Hitting Instructor

Adam has a lot of passion for the game of baseball in the way he teaches and plays. At Pickerington North, he was a four year varsity player who earned OCC Special Mention and All-OCC Honors, and was a team captain in '22 and '23. Adam is continuing his baseball career at Florence-Darlington Tech, where he will be going into his freshman year. Adam brings his passion to coaching and teaching pitchers how to be a "dude" on the mound.
